Drifting, you might need to take a temporary break from computers to heal, and then you may be able to go back to your job in IT. Don't lose hope. But resting your brain may be the first step. I've found reducing my computer time has helped my symptoms somewhat. I hope that they will go away and I can return to my normal computer-based activities.
