How did they determine your medical condition, on records alone?
Meanwhile file the appeal and keep going forward.
Get your current doctors to input notes in the medical file, that states your condition, how its disabling, and prevent you from working.

"debacle"is right.its what i had to do also for my appeal.they just wanted to see what kind of treatment i was getting and how my disability would effect me from working(and my age of course
