I am so sorry you have been diagnosed with CRPS. I somehow missed this bad news. I would absolutely reject surgery since it is highly likely the CRPS could spread.

Although the surgery could fix the structural problems you could be much worse off if your CRPS spreads. Take care that desperation does not rule your decision. When it comes to pain it is so easy to allow that to happen.

It might be a good idea to aggressively treat the CRPS.
