IDid you hit your head again? If not, then you are probably still recovering from the first one. In reading your post, it seems like you are having difficulty communicating clearly. The same thing happened to me. I texted my friend to tell her how I was doing. My texts did not make sense, words were spelled wrong, and she could tell I was in rough shape. It does get better but it is scary. Rest and take one day at a time. Your brain needs rest in order to heal. It takes a long time to get better-longer than you might think.
No I did not hit my head. I was not speeding either.
I was doing 25miles when all of sudden I pull my brakes down And I went slightly forward and back.

I'm a bodybuilder and I haven't been able to continue my weight training session since my injury.
