I have antivert but neuro says try not to use it only in acute situations. My PT says the same thing. I'm not spinning vertigo but just unsteady. And only certain situations where I feel the floor is slanted. Like when I walk down the hallway in my house and it's darker there. Then I thought maybe it's the darkness but no, I can walk fine in the dark, doesn't get any worse.

One thing I do find it that if I get a good night sleep (rare) then it's not as bad in the morning.
