However Im not. well it was about a month ago, while having sex, when my first headache started, brutal headache, throbbing, so I started taking over the counter meds trying to rid this headache, all the while creating a vicious cycle of rebound headache, that lasted for over two weeks, so a trip to the doc was inevitible. My doc, is quite thourough, and takes no chances., thank god, and sent me for the ct scan. So the docs office called me back like about two weeks later and asked me to come in and thats when the doc said the radiologist suggested that i have an mri. The report read like this

The ventricles sulci and cisterns are within normal limits, no intracranial hemorrhage is seen, A small midline focus of calcification is seen at the level of the foramen of monro, presumably relating to the choroid plexus. Some fullness is seen in this region. While this may reflect volume averaging with adjacent normal structures, the possibility of a small colloid cyst is raised. Otherwise no intracranial masses are seen.

So I guess what im wondering is will an mri give a better look at this, should I be overly concerned.? I do have very bad panic disorder and these last couple of days, Ive been going nuts, worried about everything, mostly thinking about my daughter, and how much I love her and want to be around to see her grow. and if any one can help me interpret what the heck some of the words in the report mean that would be great,
They found evidence of a possible colloid cyst with my first 2 ct scans,.then I was sent for a MRI which confirmed the mass in the forman of monroe.Mine was fairly large was deep-rooted,..and had been there for a long time.I waited for about a year before I had my surgery is why things got complicated for me. So if you discover a colloid cyst, I personally feel it should be taken care of asap.
