Blood tests are not reliable indicators and usually diagnosis is based on excluding other possibilities and your symptoms. Similar experience has brought me to reply to you. I suggest you check www.lymenet.org. You can look at the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines from there and do the symptom checklist. At least it is a starting point. Usually, when all else is exhausted, Lyme disease emerges as the culprit. Taking antibiotics as a clinical trial is a good way to see if on the right track. It is not uncommon for symptoms to flare up before getting better once on the antbx. Hope this helps.
