I think another important quality among neuros is their willingness to advocate for their patient's best interests (subtly or directly) in their medical correspondence to employers, insurance companies, etc.

And of course their degree of sophistication and knowledge when it comes to what PCS actually is (as opposed to the stereotypical versions out there).
