My injury was two years and four months ago. I really can relate to what you are saying about your progress. I think that for some of us at least, the progress is slow and there are many plateaus.

In fact, for myself I find that I might see a little progress and then I go backwards - or at least that's the way it seems to me.

I just keep trying to move on. And I keep trying new things.

Yes, I get scared. But I try not to focus on that. I think you have to look at the progress that you have made since the accident and also realize that sometimes the progress is much slower than we would like.

I hope that the Amitriptyline will help your headaches. If it doesn't help, try something else until you find something that works.

This is a really difficult "illness" to have, because others do not understand. The people here all understand. Just rant as much as you need to.

I hope that you find something that will at least help the headaches.
