Default Possible Neurogenic Bladder due to trauma

Hello

i'm male age 30.

I had what seemed to be relatively minor trauma(pull penis when erect),
from masturbation. I've may have been born with this abnormality because there were times before when i felt pains from doing almost nothing. And usually guys don't get these unless they go really wild.

But this time, my whole system broke.
After that incident 1 month ago, I had extreme tingling/pins needles in scrotum and penis. and impotence.

forward 4 weeks. the tingling is down but still there to a lower degree..almost nothing but i still feel it a bit. The impotence improved though, now achieving erections is simple(however due to pain and discomofort, not really a happy thing)

I do however feel a kind o tingling buringin sensation around the scrotum and penis.

BUt ***The main thing is that I have Urination problems.
-Dont feel the urge to urinate
-when i manage to do, i do..but the stream starts fine..then it slows down, then it starts again for a short time.
-Even after I urinate, i feel like i want to urinate..
-When i wake up in the mornings or nights..I have no urge. I used to feel a big urge to pee but now it's nothing. If i go and try to pee i can sometimes bring iit out, but when in my room i dont have the urge telling me "you have to go"

-There is one intense pain i get in the tip/glans of the penis.
This happens IN FLACCID STATE, when i move my body around or if i sit in a chair and move my torso around. It doesn't always happens the same way but it happens often.
Sometimes it can be at random with no action to cause it.

It basically feels like a strong cramp in the GLANS...and the way to get out of it, is to move my body quickly to another position.

Interestingly, when i'm sitting in a chair and i pass gas, the pain in the glans also happens.

****
My questions are (have urologist appt in 2 weeks)
1)I haven't been checked for urethral problems but it doesn't seem i have.
Could the reason why i have the problem with urination be that there was some nerve damage to the nerve that makes connection between the penis and the part of the body that coordinates the release and detection of urine in the bladder?

2)Is the pain in the glans of the penis most likely some damage to Pudendal nerve or Other nerve, or something and thus that is why when i pass gas...there are many times when i feel pain in the glans?

3)I haven't ejaculated in 4 weeks due to fear that i may have pain. But i notice i get discharge(quite alot) when i have bowel movement. Is this also related to possibly the weakness and damage of some nerve and so the prostate is not strong enough to hold the discharge?

PS:
I've been to the emergency, and general clinics and 1 urologists but because i have no blood/bruising they have not been able to help me and some of them just ignored me.

I've been in terrible pain and discomfort
