one friend of mine from church did and he swears by it.i tried it...nothing really happen.guess there flooded with request like that.anyway his office even had a special form for that with all the right question to fill out.its what he/she was elected to do.remember they will not be there.there "aides"handle all that.this is all just my humble opinion only
