If your case is in Quality Review, then you may just have a recommended approval, not a final approval. It is possible that the quality review section will disagree with the approval or ask the lower level to provide additional justification. Or, they may just fix a few minor procedural errors and make the final approval decision.
Best guess, 30-60 days for Quality Review. If approved, 30-60 days after that for first check, 60-90 days for retroactive benefits. If denied, denial notice in about 30-60 days.
