I was fortunately able to speak with both Dr Brantigan and Dr Annest by phone before going to Denver, and it really helped with my decision, mostly because they have different philosophies when it comes to patients with RSD. I'd be happy to share more about my experience in Denver by PM; it might be a couple-3 days before I reply but I will get back to you!
