Hi Madison. I received the same thing and am wondering if I can log in before receive the award letter?

I also went online and checked my application status and it says that a decision has been made but it doesn't say whether or not I was approved. The automated phone system wont' give me this information either. It tells that I must speak to a rep to get this information.

Can I go ahead and try to register a password, on the assumption that my notice of benefit payment is probably in the mail? I'm hoping that by registering a password I can go online and see if I have in fact been approved.

Any thoughts?
