Was it a wc atty for your side/representing you??
Or the atty for the wc ins?
In most states your wc atty only gets paid after the case is closed or settled.
Usually 22% I think, but then tops out at 5k.
It's been many years so I could be off on the amounts and other states may differ.
It did state how much $ & % plus any other fees on the contract I signed when I hired my wc atty.
I've heard others mention medicare set aside in the past, but I didn't understand how that worked...
