Ann, they are soooo delicious!! I cut em in slices and dip them in egg or just egg whites, then dip them in alittle flour (gluten free for me

) and then put them in the hot oil til brown. I blot dry them with paper towels when they're done to try and remove the excess oil. So crunchy and sooooo good!! I use a good olive oil so the fat content is better than like canola or vegetable oils. Not fat free, but fantastic!! To me its better than eating fried chicken!!
