When in doubt, take a bath with Epsom salts, and throw in a few ounces of bleach into the bathwater (something a Dermatologist taught me.) Then use a lotion without fragrance, that's very mild. Make sure you have clean sheets and blankets just in case something has been introduced to the "environment."
