Well, Unless this place sells, I will be going nowhere. Citizens insurance has cancelled so many, and will do this again. Even a new owner with good financial back, may not be able to get insurance. I would move inland toward Myakka City. I would love a small cottege or a Katrina house. These are doable if I can sell. Now is clean up, and thats what I am heading out to do.
