Just a reminder...
RX version of vit D is D2. It is not very effective, and you may waste precious time learning that. It is an old product going back over 40 yrs. Long before the new D3 research of today.
D3 OTC is what people should be taking. 1000IU D3 for every 10 pts needed to raise.
