Anxiety has a lot of physical symptoms. Are you having negative thoughts around the same time. I guess you are concerned by this sensation which can induce anxiety in it's own right. Try to be objective about the sensation and don't give it any further thought than purely acknowledging it is a sensation. You may find it subsides if it isn't getting a reaction from your thought processes
