Absolutely report this to the physician who wrote the script asap. I am assuming it is a psychiatrist but I know many pain and primary docs do too. I have a paradoxical response to most antidepressants. The ones that don't increase the depressive symptoms seem to have other side effects. My depression is intermittant and secondary to major pain issues. I have learned to accept that a certain amount of depression is to be expected with never ending pain.
