I'd also try Lidoderm patches over your scarred areas on the wrists. They may reduce discomfort that originates there.

Before supplements, I think you should get a B12 test and Vit D
test and get your numerical results and come back here.
It is best to have those initial values before choosing a supplement. These two vitamins are the most commonly low in PNers.

Also magnesium is a good idea. A lotion form like Epsom-It will penetrate that area, and maybe help if circulation is impaired and the blood flow is not adequate. You can also soak your wrists in lukewarm epsom salts baths. 2-3 oz in a a small tub is all you need.
