It is supposed to be neuroprotective, which means that it's purpose is to slow the progression of your disease. It is not possible for you guys to know whether it has slowed down your disease progression. In fact, I think even the best researchers can't really show this because they lack biomarkers. The only way researchers are ever going to know if something is neuroprotective without biomarkers, is if the neuroprotectiveness is really spectacular.
