A lot of wrong information comes from doctors. If a person has TBI or PCS such activity can definitely be dangerous. For some people the movement from just walking creates problems. The damage inside our brains is much different than damage to the outside of our bodies. Every jar or even fast movement of the head can wipe out weeks and months of recovery.
