I switched from Imuran to Cellcept. I was on Imuran for 12 months. I lost 35 pounds so the side effects were killing me.
As for IVIG I have wasted a fortune on treatments. They appear to do nothing for me but Dr says you don't know what you would be without them. I am postive for 4 different antibodies so my body is flooded with bad antibodies. I think PLEX is next for me.
Imuran works very well for most people and I wish you the best. It was working for me but the side effects were too bad.
