I have no words of wisdom, but I am starting IVIG on Monday for 5 days. I will also be starting 60 mg prednisone per day on the same day. Everyone says to drink lots on the day before and day of to try to avoid headache, and that you may have flu like symptoms after. But a lot of people say that you will feel so much better after the side effects of the treatment go away. I am looking forward to feeling kind of normal for a while. I am on mestinon 60 mg 3xday.
