Can someone please tell me the difference between 'Interventional Therapy' and 'Occupational Therapy' and there is also something called 'Behaviorally Oriented Occupational Therapy'? Anyone know which type of these therapies are best for treating CRPS? I still haven't been able to get a straight answer from my doctor about that. I am being sent to an Intervention Therapy pain clinic and I just want to know what to expect...I'm scared of more painful activities and less of my opiates, which seems to equal MORE pain.
