I'm so sorry your going through such a bad time with your RSD. Some of the medicine I am on for my migraines help with the RSD too. When I have a bad migraine my doctor prescribed Zomig Nasal Spray that's a big help when I am bad. Also when I am really suffering with a migraine and the Zomig dosen't help I am allowed to take pain medicine,but no more than two days a week. The doctors fear that you can start in a rebound headache which that is suppose to be bad too. Hopefully your doctor can give you something for the migraine when its bad.
