Post Things I have noticed about my symptoms!

The best way I can describe the topic of this is with a symbol. Let's say my brain has 100 coins it can spend on things I do, things I feel, and trying to prevent symptoms. Also, the worse my symptoms already are, my brain gets less money to work with AND has to pay more to those high symptoms. Even though my brain still needs 100 coins, it can't have it so it has to make do.

I find that when certain symptoms come into play, such as a headache or fatigue, they can cost different amounts to try to keep under control.

But, because my brain has to spend that money, it can't spend it on other parts of my concussion, because keeping a headache under control is more of a priority to my brain. So, I think that if the more important aspects of my concussion costs more, my brain can't afford to save the other symptoms from happening.

Especially as my headache gets higher and my brain gets less money to spend. So, I find that when my headache is higher, and my brain invests more into keeping it under control, my other symptoms can't be attended to and they start to show up more visibly.

I'm not necessarily meaning fatigued either. Does anyone else notice anything like this?
