I am so sorry you have to go through this, but i am right here with you. I recently had to completely quit my job. I am the same way, no energy and the pain is just so awful. My doctor is doing the lowest dose he can of my meds and upping them every month. So far i have had hardly any relief. I do take a anti depressant, and it helps a lot. Before i started it it was much worse. I would. If you have already told your doctor the issues your having and he is not helping, i would say find a new one who will.

I know its not easy finding a doctor, i am in the same boat, but i am going to keep looking for one, and keep the one i have for now..
