Welcome to NeuroTalk. Wow, a molested face.
I still have scars and bone bumps on my face from my bike fall in 1965.
The twitching is not uncommon. It become more obvious for me when I am tired or have been under stress from trying to focus on a manual task.
The eating issue could be related to injury to your pituitary function. It can effect blood sugar and all of the hormones. You might benefit from getting your hormones tested. Include as many as you can Thyroid, stress/adrenal, sex hormones, etc.
Let us know how else we can help you. Lots of good people here.
My best to you.
