Severe Concussion 13,

Tell us about your night mares/terrors. Many of us have dream problems. I often have stressful dreams. Not terrors but still upsetting. For me, they are usually associated with poor breathing while I sleep.

I had more severe dreams when I was still dealing with PTSD after being assaulted in 1997 and again in 1999. The 1999 assault included a concussion. I was moving my family to Idaho in July 2000 to escape the risks of violence in California.

Either way, they definitely are not pleasant.
