Lessee, any autoimmune in particular? Have had regular blood panels and looked for inflammation responses, rhuematoid arthritis, and such.

Seems like looked at lupus and Sjogren's symptoms and decided not to give priority to its testing will check those two out again.

Do have abnormal levels of fatigue, especially when the full-body pain episode is occurring. These episodes are unpredictable and can happen on weekly to monthly basis and suppose last 2-3 days. There is some correlation to the weather in that extremely low pressure fronts seem to trigger them. Along this line, I had MRI done to see if the brain rains that regulate fluid pressure were functioning properly...a mechanical form of hydrocephalus if memory serves...they seemed to be...but since this only acutely happens periodically, it is possible they only occasionally do not work right but were working when MRI done.

When these episodes occur I have overall sensitivity and everything hurts including joint. Of late, the muscles and tendons and ligaments around elbows are hurting for a couple weeks now (has nothing to do with any sort of repetitive-motion inflammation) as am unable to exercise regularly or rigorously anymore...used to love the gym.

As for meds, have only started taking meds regularly in last five years. Took amitryptiline for nerve pain for about 1.5 years but had to stop it due to side effects (AV block and syncope). Now am taking soma (muscle relaxer) amd diclofenac (antiinflammatory) on prn basis (3-4x/ week). Have vicodin for days when cannot sleep from pain (1-2x/month).
