Catra21 mentioned about acupuncture. My chiropractor let me try one needle to show me that it didn't hurt. I guess for most people it doesn't, but i felt burning the whole time the needle was in my hand. I had a bump show up on my hand the next day that took 2 weeks to go away; that was from one needle. I don't recommend it to anyone. If you want to try, please try just one first to see how you will react to it. Love and gentle hugs.
