The dreams after my concussion were one of the worst parts too. I volunteer in the medical field so the were always so vivid and horrible.

Night after night I had to go through nightmares of my family members being hurt, maimed or killed. And waking up sweating and terrified and not really sure if what I saw was dream or reality, it all blurred into one.

I'm only 16, but I couldn't even talk about them to my parents they were so bad.

I'm sorry, I know how awful it is. I really hope it gets better.
