I got Rsd 3 years ago. I had a series of 3 sympathetic nerve blocks, and immediately after the first blco my RSD spread to my right hand, arm, and shoulder. So all I'm saying is be careful with the blocks! Warm water PT will be a very good option though...it helped me

I have rsd in my right arm. I have had some issues with both my legs the last couple weeks, and today my ankle just rolled right under me. (my left foot is broken now)
