jkl626, I wrote to Ann on your list. The following is what she wrote. This is a giant piece of hope for me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

<<Yes, thoracic outlet syndrome can be very persistent unless you get the right treatment. Just doing exercises alone is often not enough. I do extensive manual therapy to mobilize the first rib, upper thoracic joints, and clear out the restrictions along the nerve itself. Stretching the scalene and pecs are also important. If you haven’t tried using a foam roller to help loosen yourself, that would help too. I’ve had very good success with this with many of these patients. I’d be happy to take a look and see if I can help you!>>
