Your accident happened at work. You were assaulted by a patient. Aren't there any laws to protect you from being fired?? It doesn't make any sense that your boss would be upset with you.

When I first got hurt, I thought I would be out of work for a couple of days. I had no idea what a brain injury meant. I was in pain and sick and worrying about my class.

But your health is most important. No one can tell you how long it will take. You have to take care of yourself.

And also find out if you have any job protection, because you were injured at work.
