Oh, I'm not on pain meds. Anyone else not on pain medication?

Temp hit about 100 today, and the housemates' baby crying at random times in the night early/morning disrupts sleep at times (despite melatonin & earplugs).

Maybe this is why I'm feeling it. Oh, "it" isn't a normal headache, but the feeling of a metal spike rammed in the roof of my mouth that, if bad enough, brings the headache.

Annoying because a few weeks ago the pain started to fade a bit.

Anyone else feel a spike in pain recently?

Thank God this isn't from an impact to the head.
