I had been feeling the same way (a hot morning shower would loosen me up). I have returned to wearing my Intelliskin Tank to bed the last few nights and I am waking up feeling much looser.
I'm a side sleeper BTW. I'm told sleeping on your back is healthier but I have never been able to get a proper night's sleep on my back.
