celiac.com has some wonderful folks, a message board and recipes. Several folks there have MS, and several others have different diseases. as with any diet YOU will have to modify. Coconut flour instead of wheat flour, or almond flour, or things like that. My CD DD wont use oats either or corn. Very restrictive, but she is doing great and eats well.
