Hi and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately RSD/crps can come from any injury minor to major. It is not always something that went wrong.
I know it is hard to except but it is the truth and we all get mad at times at the fact that we have rsd/crps. None of us wish this.
Daily life can be a struggle at times and is definelty lonely. I recommend getting a pm specialist and getting put on an antidepressent. Neurotalk is a great place, but it doesn't take the place of someone being there in person and understanding the pain, the frustration of not being able to do for oneself, etc.
We support each other the best we can here so feel free to chime in, rant, rave, etc.
