Neuros can be so lame sometimes..huh. They love giving you that look. If they dont know the answer, then it must be "all in your head".

Actually, waking up with numbness is a classic symptom of MS. The going away part is also normal, especially if you are RRMS. In the beginning of RRMS, most all symptoms come and go. Some stay longer.

When you awaken, you have sudden stimulatrion of the nerves and muscles, thus the numbness and tingling. Then as you get used to being up, it eases up. Do a few stretches before getting up. That helps.

My tingling and some numbness is here to stay for me. I've platteaued at SPMS. I seem to be staying the same for the last 4 years, and happy to have that continue.

I think my LDN (low dose naltrexone) has helped me stay stable, but it's a crapshoot with the drugs. Some help, Some don't and Meds that help some don't help all. How do you like the Beta, so far?
