You can get your medical records released to yourself. There will be a department that solely handles medical records. You may want to ask the medical records person if any "incident reports" were filled out. I believe the hospitals keep those separate from the medical records. An incident report is filled out when something wrong happens and the hospital records it in case of any lawsuits.
Definitely get yourself to a crps specialist. The sooner you get appropriate treatment the more likely you'll get into remission. That's the good news.
