I would have to agree with everyone else. Insomnia sucks! It makes symptoms more severe. If you can sleep that long, do you feel better? I know I feel horrible when I don't get much sleep now that I have pcs. That being said, I'm in highschool so I'm on summer break, so for the most part, I can sleep as long as my body wants! During the school year my symptoms were always worse because I was not able to sleep until like 1am or so, and up at 7:30.
I've also heard people say that if they oversleep they feel more tired and if they overslept they aren't tired at normal bed times.
