That is funny ! Not much talk about Omega 3's but it is a staple in our house!! It is nice to see some catch up by the general public but as I mentioned in a post on the old board....if you looka t what the nationally known nutritionists take for themselves on a daily basisi it's very similar to what us "oldies" have used with out kids (and ourselves) for nutritional supps .
