Just brainstorming here. Maybe there is a time and duration to wear it that would be helpful. If it helps with neck posture, maybe 2 hours in the morning to program that in. Or if the issue is fatigue, maybe 2 hours late at night to give the neck a rest. Or it could be distributed--an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening.

So we have three variables to experiment with: duration, time of day and frequency.
