Before I was diagnosed with Myasthenia I was having a job reading my book in bed so I got an iPod and downloaded some audio books and listen to them instead.

I find during sleepless spells that listening to my iPod audio books either sends me off to sleep, or I lay there resting listen to the story. (I always set the iPod Timer for Sleep Mode of 30 minutes so that if I do drift off I don't lose my place)
