Yes, one treatment for psoriasis is Dovonex cream and ointment.
My husband used it successfully a couple of years ago.
Dovonex is a vit D analog compound used topically.

We also both take Vit D3, 10,000 IU every other day.
He says being in the sun always helps his too.

He is lucky he has not needed steroids or stronger medications for it. But at one time before the D3 he was a MESS.
