Sorry to hear about your reaction to the pool. I had similar issues. Is your pool heated? That's sort of key...but even then I had issues whenever I came OUT of the pool to the cooler air.

Do you think your insurance might cover at home physical therapy? I wasn't able to drive for many months last year and this worked out much better for me. If the driving is causing you additional pain (and cancelling out any benefits from therapy) then maybe it would be better to start with at home therapy and transition to outpatient therapy. Just a thought. I hope your new insurance will cover the treatments you need/want.
